We kindly ask that you review the appropriate policy page before placing your order or submitting a rental request, so every Silkinly piece may reach you with clarity and care.

Shipping

All items are shipped out the Monday following your purchase. Once the item leaves the facility, it is in the hands of the carrier (USPS or UPS). Please note: Silkinly is not responsible for carrier delays or delivery issues once shipped. If you experience a problem, don't hesitate to contact me via the contact tab or Instagram DM.
